Right Recruiter will also offer occasional professional development opportunities for current and future conservative staffers. We want to strengthen our conservative talent pool across the country to help build our movement.
Why Right Recruiter
For years Conservatives in Canada have sought to undertake meaningful professionalization efforts aimed at building up the Parties, elected officials, staff, and campaign infrastructure. The long-term imperative of empowering the next generation of staffers and activists with the tools needed to win elections has repeatedly been eclipsed by the day-to-day priorities of rapid-response political work. Well-intentioned attempts to build an entrepreneurial Conservative movement in Canada have lacked the coordinated efforts necessary to achieve maximum success.
Conservatives need to do a better job retaining good staff within our movement, and give new staff joining Conservative politics the tools necessary to be successful in their work.
Who is Behind Right Recruiter?
Right Recruiter has been founded by veteran Conservative campaigner, Steve Outhouse, and the team at JustCampaigns. Steve and his team have managed Leadership campaigns for the Conservative Party of Canada, the PC Party of Nova Scotia, and PC Party of PEI. They have also supported candidates running for party nominations, municipal elections, provincial campaigns, and non-partisan organizations with elected leadership.
Is there a Fee for Using Right Recruiter?
There is no fee for using Right Recruiter. The platform has been established by committed Conservatives who are passionate about professionalizing the Conservative movement in Canada.
